Steelcraft focus very carefully at the beginning of projects to work with the Clients, Architects & Structural Engineers to achieve the end 'Goal', A quality product, within budget.

We use up to date methods of design, to include 2D AutoCAD & 3D Stru-cad to produce design General Arrangements for the initial discussion / approval process, through to fabrication & installation drawings.

In today's technology the internet provides a great communication tool that can involve all the relevant parties at the touch of a button.

We take Health & Safety very seriously and ensure where practically possible that our staff and surrounding trades work in a safe and controlled manor. 

We carry out the relevant Risk Assessment & Methods Statements for all the aspects of tasks carried out. 

All our operatives are trained in the skills & accreditations required to go about their daily tasks.  CSCS is a must for all our site installation teams. 

We work with our clients in the design stages to help minimise or prevent, where possible, risks that may occur in the installation process. 

On specialised jobs we have at hand a Safety Consultant whom we involve to investigate and assess key Risk & Safety issues.  The Consultant also monitors Health & Safety procedures and ensures that our work is carried out within them.

We work within Main Contractors systems to aim for 'Zero Harm' to all our employees and other trade operatives we work alongside.

Aesthetics, along with product quality, ensures Steelcraft maintain and increase customer confidence, satisfaction and hence, loyalty. 

From the start to finish of any manufacturing, we monitor product finishing, for which we have a quality procedure in place and dedicated personnel appointed to ensure this is adhered to. 

We dimensionally check, where possible, all items that leave the workshop to minimise any on site re-works. 

Monitoring of Sub-contracting finishing procedures such as PPC, Galvanising, Wet Painting, Polishing etc.  are closely carried out, to guarantee that the Client receives the finish required and to the standard expected. 

We advise at the design stage to help make the correct decision on finishes for both appearance & durability.  Samples can be provided for any of our finishing processes, along with mock up panels etc.  to help the Client visualise their design requirements.
